相信今天的大家都覺得相當之興奮,因為在第十四輪全民核酸全陰結果以及連續9天社區零新增個案的情況下,從8月2日起,堂食,戲院,健身室等娛樂場所也重新開放,在經歷了一個半月的抗疫之路之後,生活終於逐漸恢復正常,但大家依然不能忽略我們的精神健康,上次小編就和大家分享了飲食對精神健康的重要性,並分享了一些營養水果,今天就繼續介紹兩款對情緒和精神健康都很有幫助的水果——奇異果和黑加侖!
